- All orders are processed within standard processing time.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
📊 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard: $8.00
- Standard (free shipping): $0.00 when order is $99.00+
- Express: $15.00
🔎 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours of receipt.
⚠️ 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Bamboo Aura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
💡 5. Damages and Lost Packages
- If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at BambooAura@aol.com.
- We will work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
🌟 6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
